Gwendydd Research is a recommender systems consultancy and independent research lab founded by Karl Higley and Clara Bennett.

After years of crafting recommendation systems and personalization experiences, we've noticed that much of the community's hard-won wisdom lives tucked away in private archives and institutional spellbooks. Only a few pages ever make it into the light.

We created Gwendydd to share the notes, experiments, and research we'd want scattered across our own workbench—a place for practitioners to gather useful knowledge, compare findings, and leave the lantern lit for those who come after.
